Responsibility
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes and address findings.
- Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions to maintain financial accuracy across entities.
- Support tax compliance by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with tax advisors.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in logistics, shipping, or a multinational corporation.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is advantageous.
