Responsibility
- Manage and record daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in tax preparation, filing, and compliance with local and national tax regulations.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both digital and physical.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support budgeting processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounting operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of AP/AR, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
