Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring data integrity and timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning.
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payroll transactions with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights for business decisions.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns, statutory reports, and other regulatory submissions.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and liaising with external auditors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or auditing.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
