Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic financial planning.
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payroll transactions with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights for business decisions.
- Ensure tax compliance by preparing and filing required documentation in coordination with external auditors.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial reporting and accounting operations.
- Monitor internal controls and recommend measures to mitigate financial risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to ethical standards in financial management.
