As a key member of our finance team, you will leverage your expertise in Deltek to streamline transaction processing, invoicing, and account reconciliations. Responsibility
- Process and verify financial transactions with precision using Deltek and other accounting software.
- Generate and distribute accurate invoices, ensuring timely billing and collections.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations to maintain data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and operational finance analyses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in accounting operations, preferably with Deltek or similar ERP systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced formulas).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with GAAP and financial compliance standards.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Experience in a global or outsourcing environment is highly desirable.
