Responsibility
- Oversee full-cycle accounting processes and financial reporting for diverse client accounts.
- Lead and mentor junior staff to ensure delivery excellence and adherence to accounting standards.
- Serve as a primary business advisor, providing insights on financial health and operational improvements.
- Execute ERP implementations (SAP, Odoo) and customize modules to meet specific business requirements.
- Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation from legacy systems to new ERP environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze financial data and identify opportunities for digital process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and internal audit standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related Finance field (CPA license is highly preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Proven hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Odoo, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Strong understanding of Philippine taxation, statutory reporting, and financial auditing principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for business process automation and digital transformation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple client-facing projects simultaneously.
