Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the full cycle of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing processes, including client invoicing and payment tracking.
- Reconcile payroll data and collaborate with HR to guarantee precise and compliant payroll processing.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory financial requirements, including tax filings and audits.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, payroll reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
