Responsibility
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS, PSAK).
- Oversee general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement internal controls and accounting policies to mitigate financial risks and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with Indonesian financial regulations.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders (e.g., headquarters, investors, or suppliers) to facilitate seamless financial communication.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and system enhancements to streamline financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting management, preferably in a multinational or public company.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is mandatory for cross-border financial coordination.
- Proven expertise in financial consolidation, IFRS/PSAK, and tax compliance in Indonesia.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in audit coordination, internal controls, and financial process improvement.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
