Based in the vibrant Badung region (covering Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, or Kuta), youâll work in a collaborative culture that fosters professional growth while contributing to the financial health of a growing enterprise.
Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate audits and tax filings.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Mentor and train accounting staff to enhance team performance and professional development.
- Liaise with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment on financial processes and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or similar certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or local Indonesian systems) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, financial regulations, and GAAP.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
