Responsibility
- Lead and oversee all accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian financial regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust financial systems and controls to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and forecasts to senior management, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Manage tax compliance, including VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory filings, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize cash flow management, budgeting, and financial planning processes.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and cost-saving initiatives within the finance function.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
