Responsibility
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare and review accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets in compliance with local and international standards.
- Manage and improve accounting systems, templates, and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and audit requirements.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in accounting and finance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in accounting or financial management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
