Responsibility
- Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Perform stock opname (inventory audits) to verify accuracy of physical stock against system records.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and actionable insights for management.
- Assist in financial statement preparation and ensure timely, accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Identify risks, control gaps, and inefficiencies in financial operations, proposing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and improve internal controls.
- Monitor and review accounting procedures to maintain data integrity and mitigate financial risks.
- Support tax compliance and external audit preparations as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, internal audit, or financial control roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP, tax regulations, and audit standards.
- Proficient in ERP systems, Excel (advanced), and audit software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for audit assignments across Bali.
