Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Lead the financial closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all reports.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Conduct variance analysis and reconcile accounts to identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business objectives.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with audit and tax requirements.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions to automate reporting and improve data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within a public listed company.
- Strong technical expertise in financial statement preparation, consolidation, and closing processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a contract-based role.
