Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, journal vouchers, and subsidiary accounts.
- Ensure timely and precise month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to verify accuracy.
- Generate financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning.
- Comply with local tax regulations and ensure all financial documentation adheres to GAAP and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Implement and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and IFRS.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
