Responsibility
- Lead and manage all accounting and financial operations, including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for stakeholders.
- Optimize financial processes and systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with business strategy and growth objectives.
- Oversee tax compliance, filings, and audits, ensuring adherence to Indonesian regulations.
- Manage cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance (Indonesian GAAP/IFRS).
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
