Responsibility
- Lead and manage all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with IFRS and local GAAP standards.
- Develop and oversee annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Optimize treasury functions, including cash flow management, liquidity planning, and risk assessment to support business operations.
- Implement robust cost control measures and financial policies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial audits, and corporate governance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Drive financial analysis and modeling to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, treasury management, and compliance within a multi-industry environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and a track record of driving financial performance.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
