Responsibility
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Process and reconcile daily transactions, including invoices and payments.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Help prepare financial reports and statements under supervision.
- Assist with internal and external audits by gathering documentation.
- Conduct basic financial analysis and data entry tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
