Responsibility
- Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting for property development projects and subsidiary entities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies in consolidation processes.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for real estate portfolios.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures specific to property and land development.
- Support external audits by providing documentation and clarifications on consolidated financial data.
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows and enhance financial controls.
- Collaborate with tax advisors to ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or similar certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in property development or real estate.
- Proven experience in financial consolidation for multi-entity or multi-project organizations.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations for property sectors.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; familiarity with property-specific accounting software is advantageous.
