Responsibility
- Prepare, review, and file accurate tax returns and related documents in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly documented and classified.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Monitor tax deadlines and ensure timely submission of all government-required filings to avoid penalties.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and support auditing processes.
- Identify discrepancies in financial records and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, tax preparation, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong understanding of tax regulations, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in an international or multicultural setting is advantageous.
