Responsibility
- Process and manage disbursements, delivery allowances, and liquidations for assigned departments (TASI, Velomaxx, Motorpool).
- Verify and reconcile returns and credit memos to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and transaction logs.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely processing of payments.
- Monitor and track expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Prepare and submit documentation for audits and financial reviews.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations (internships included).
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
