Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and tax filings in compliance with local and international standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and precise delivery of outsourcing services to clients.
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable, process invoices, and resolve discrepancies to maintain financial integrity.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to help clients optimize their financial performance.
- Liaise with clients to clarify financial data, address inquiries, and provide exceptional service.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and ERP systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reporting (outsourcing experience is advantageous).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations (Philippine/US standards a plus).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with exceptional communication skills.
