Responsibility
- Assist in daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions and maintaining ledgers.
- Update and reconcile accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Support the finance team in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents in a timely manner.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support budgeting activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and adhere to company security protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial regulations.
