Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and processing of financial statements, invoices, and expense reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including general ledger entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to management as required.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks, including vendor and client communications.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounting processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of local tax laws and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
