Responsibility
- Verify and validate financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
- Prepare and document regular financial reports, statements, and announcements for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts to maintain financial integrity.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll data in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both digital and physical, for audit purposes.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring by providing relevant financial data and analysis.
- Respond to financial inquiries from departments and ensure clear communication of financial information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar tools).
