Responsibility
- Process and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, with high accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and adjustments.
- Manage invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense reports using advanced accounting software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and approval of financial transactions.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both digital and physical, for audit purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role (internships count!).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify discrepancies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Highly organized, with strong time-management skills to meet deadlines.
