Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Support payroll processing and ensure accurate employee compensation.
- Maintain and update general ledger entries with meticulous attention to detail.
- Prepare and file tax documents in compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with local tax laws and financial regulations (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
