Responsibility
- Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage accounts payable transactions, including payments, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
- Maintain and update vendor records, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Prepare and process expense reports, ensuring timely reimbursements and adherence to budget guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements for management review.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and inquiries.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounts payable workflows.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company financial policies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable, finance, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
