Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and month-end closing.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., PSAK, IFRS).
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate risk.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights.
- Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory adherence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, Brevet A/B) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a bonus.
- Experience in the hospitality, retail, or manufacturing sectors is advantageous.
