Responsibility
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and month-end closing processes.
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of short to medium-term financial projects and initiatives.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor and train finance team members to foster professional growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
