Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements in compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis to ensure financial stability.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including document management, filing, and office logistics.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, vendors, and clients.
- Support payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Implement and maintain financial controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling and correspondence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles, preferably in a corporate or government-linked environment.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate insights.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance is a plus.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid remote/office setting.
