Responsibility
- Maintain accurate timekeeping records for drivers and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and reconcile petty cash reports across all branches, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Track and manage drivers' allowances, ensuring proper disbursement and record-keeping.
- Record and categorize all vehicle-related purchases, maintaining detailed and organized financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements as required by management.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the accounting department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
