Responsibility
- Assist senior officers with daily administrative and accounting tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare and process financial documents, including invoices, expense reports, and payroll data.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Coordinate office logistics, including supply management, meeting scheduling, and correspondence handling.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and report generation.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate smooth communication and transaction processing.
- Organize and archive physical and digital files for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
- Provide general clerical support, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, office administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
