Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Oversee payroll processing, tax filings, and statutory compliance for employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations, performance reviews, and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate HR records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and HR roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho) and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Certification in HR or accounting (e.g., Brevet A/B, SHRM) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
