Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoicing, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company financial policies.
  • Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace productivity and compliance.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure accurate financial and legal documentation.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to provide insights for business decision-making.
  • Handle employee benefits administration, including health insurance and leave management.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and HR roles, preferably in the logistics or recycling industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and HR management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial and HR documentation.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
