Responsibility
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle GST and CPF submissions in compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in monthly payroll processing, ensuring timely and error-free payments.
- Manage work permits and employment passes for expatriate staff.
- Maintain financial records and reconcile bank statements.
- Support HR administrative tasks, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budget tracking.
- Liaise with external vendors, banks, and government agencies as needed.
Qualifications
- ITE/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (minimum requirement).
- 2+ years of experience in accounts or HR administration.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GST, CPF, and payroll systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with work permit and visa applications in Singapore/Indonesia is a plus.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
