Responsibility

  • Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle GST and CPF submissions in compliance with local regulations.
  • Assist in monthly payroll processing, ensuring timely and error-free payments.
  • Manage work permits and employment passes for expatriate staff.
  • Maintain financial records and reconcile bank statements.
  • Support HR administrative tasks, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in budget tracking.
  • Liaise with external vendors, banks, and government agencies as needed.

Qualifications

  • ITE/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (minimum requirement).
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts or HR administration.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of GST, CPF, and payroll systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with work permit and visa applications in Singapore/Indonesia is a plus.
