Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, from job postings to interviews and hiring decisions.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
  • Support employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and HR roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and HRIS systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
