Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Supervise and mentor a team of accounting and administrative staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audits and address findings promptly.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic financial planning and decision-making.
- Maintain organized and secure financial records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align financial and administrative practices with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
