Your expertise will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial documentation, including invoices, receipts, and LKPM reports. Responsibility

  • Manage daily bookkeeping and financial records with precision.
  • Prepare, issue, and track invoices and receipts for clients and vendors.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of LKPM (Laporan Kegiatan Penanaman Modal) reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical financial documentation.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
  • Generate financial reports for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial administration.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
