Responsibility
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, GAAP, and internal financial policies.
- Manage payroll processing, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements with accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to enhance operational efficiency and documentation standards.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and audit preparations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, PPN, PPh, and corporate compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience in process optimization, internal controls, and risk management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with IFRS and financial statement preparation is advantageous.
