Responsibility
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.
- Conduct internal audits to verify the accuracy of financial data.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and provide support.
- Monitor financial transactions and identify discrepancies or irregularities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in an educational institution.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
