Responsibility
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of group financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP.
- Ensure compliance with all financial reporting regulations and internal policies.
- Develop and implement financial reporting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and inspections.
- Drive the financial aspects of IPO readiness, including due diligence and financial disclosures.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Mentor and lead a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial reporting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and financial compliance requirements.
- Experience with IPO preparation or working in a publicly listed company is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
