Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the Accounts Receivable department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop, implement, and maintain AR policies, procedures, and controls.
- Streamline billing processes to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
- Lead and mentor a team of AR specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve financial reporting.
- Monitor aging reports and implement strategies to minimize overdue accounts.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
