Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, journal adjustments, and reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Conduct regular account reconciliations (e.g., bank, vendor, intercompany) to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by analyzing financial data and providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Process payroll, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements accurately and on time.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial reporting and operations.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management to aid strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial analysis roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations relevant to multinational operations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global teams.
- Experience in a hybrid or remote work setup is advantageous.
