Responsibility
- Manage and reconcile customer billing, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- Oversee stock/inventory tracking and report discrepancies to management.
- Process full-cycle payroll, including tax deductions, benefits, and compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts, financial statements, and reports.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries and adjustments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to verify financial data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Support audit processes by providing documentation and clarifications as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, payroll, or financial management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and payroll processing in Indonesia.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Certifications (e.g., CPA, Brevet A/B) are highly advantageous.
