Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, taxes, and other statutory payments.
- Collaborate with project managers to monitor project budgets, expenditures, and cost control measures.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations to internal and external auditors.
- Implement and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
