Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring timely and precise reporting.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and intercompany transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audits and tax filings.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial operations.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- 3-10+ years of experience in accounting, with proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
- Advanced skills in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate or work onsite in Bali, Indonesia.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
