Responsibility
- Manage the full set of accounts for property development and hotel companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to support business decision-making.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, including reconciliations and audits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and tax requirements.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth.
- Mentor and guide junior accounting staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on property development or hospitality industries.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
- Experience in managing a team or mentoring junior staff is preferred.
