Responsibility
- Design and deliver comprehensive learning programs focused on finance and accounting topics, including financial reporting, compliance, and analytical skills.
- Collaborate with finance leaders and subject matter experts to assess training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.
- Leverage digital learning platforms and tools to create engaging, interactive, and scalable training content.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure training content remains relevant and compliant.
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, and mentorship programs to support continuous professional development.
- Partner with HR and talent development teams to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.
- Drive innovation in learning methodologies, incorporating gamification, microlearning, and data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CIMA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, finance, or accounting roles, with a focus on training and education.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training effectiveness and ROI.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global, multicultural environment.
