Responsibility
- Manage daily financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of financial documents.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in audits and financial reviews as required.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department, including filing and data entry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
