Responsibility
- Manage full-spectrum accounting processes, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
- Process, verify, and reconcile invoices, payments, and vendor statements while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and clients.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for management review.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Monitor and manage petty cash, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries to maintain financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency through automation and best practices.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring all financial records are up-to-date and audit-ready.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and accounting standards to ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in full-set accounting, AP/AR, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in a technology company or fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are advantageous.
